• After consultation, the Illustrator will share a rough sketch with the Client.
• The Client is entitled to unlimited revisions on the rough sketch until they are fully satisfied.
• No digital illustration will be started until the rough sketch is formally approved by the Client.

• Full payment is required after rough sketch approval and before the digital illustration begins.
• No final or digital work will be sent without full payment.
• All payments made are non-refundable once the digital process has started.

• Once payment is confirmed, the Illustrator will proceed with the digital illustration based on the approved rough sketch.
• The approved rough sketch is considered style confirmation.
• During the digital process, progress updates will be shared with the Client.
• If the illustration does not come out as expected during the process, reasonable changes can still be made at this stage to improve the final outcome.
• The Client is expected to give honest and timely feedback on all progress shared before the finished work is delivered.
• Any changes requested after 72 hours of style confirmation will attract an additional cost.
• Any changes requested after 3 weeks or more will be treated as a new project, and the Client will be required to pay a new fee.

• All illustrations are kept strictly confidential until after the Client’s event.
• •Clients are encouraged to be calm and confident, as the illustration is created exclusively for them and will not be shared publicly before their event day.

• The delivery date will be discussed and agreed upon after payment confirmation.
• •Delivery timelines may be affected by late feedback or changes from the Client.

• In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, the Illustrator will inform the Client in advance.
• Clients are also expected to communicate early if they anticipate any delays from their end.

• The Illustrator retains copyright ownership of all illustrations.
• The Client owns the illustration for personal or business use exclusively.
• Resale, redistribution, or modification without permission is not allowed.

By proceeding with the service and making payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above.
